Conditions of the reservation

  • The captain has the right to change the route or to cancel the excursion in case of bad weather or bad sea conditions.
  • In case of cancellation due to bad weather or technical problems from us, the excursion will be postponed to a different date. If our client couldn’t be there on another date, he’ll be refunded the total amount.
  • If cancellation comes from the client, no refund is guaranteed if the cancellation is done less than 3 days before the date and time of the excursion.
  • If there’s no sun but sea conditions are good, the excursion will still take place.
  • We ask our clients to be at the meeting point 10 minutes early. In case of delay, we are not going to wait for the people who are late out of respect for the other passengers.
  • THE RENT OF THE ENTIRE BOAT INCLUDES: Captain * VAT * Drinks * Final cleaning * RC and occupants insurance * GASOLINE NOT INCLUDED.
  • The management reserves the right to cancel the excursion. In case of cancellation, you will be offered an alternative date or you can get a refund.
  • If you did not select the cancellation insurance for force majeure, the money will not be refunded in any of the possible cases.
